Once you have joined the waitlist, you will be asked to make a refundable deposit. The first to make the deposits will be the first to see the home. At this time, you will enter a purchase and sale contract directly with the developer.
We will invite you to our Research and Design Center to view and tour the home when your waitlist number comes up and you have paid your refundable deposit.
We have four home designs, including furniture, appliances and media. You can choose whichever design you prefer, and our Design Director will be happy to assist you in your choice.
There will only be a few additional options from which to choose, most notably among those are a private pool option and an elevator option for your consideration.
The price of a home without a boat slip starts at $400,000.

The deposit at contract signing is 33% of your purchase price.

While Hunters Point does not intend to make any changes, Purchaser agrees that Hunters Point may modify, and has not guaranteed, the design and amenities of the Hunters Point development (hereinafter referred to as the “Development”); the design, features, and dimensions of the Home; or the dimensions and location of the lot where it is to be situated within the Development until the Contract has been fully executed and delivered by both parties.

Thereafter, the terms of the Contract shall govern said matters. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, both parties agree that this Agreement is nonbinding, and it and Purchaser’s Reservation may be canceled by Hunters Point up until the Contract is fully executed and delivered by both parties. If Hunters Point so cancels this Agreement, Purchaser’s full Deposit shall be returned to Purchaser, and Purchaser shall have no further rights to the Home.

By submission of a deposit, you agree to the terms stated in this invoice and on the Hunters Point website.

Yes. We have a direct lender that can pre-approve your home purchase prior to your appointment at the Research & Design Center. We’ll put you in touch with our preferred lender after you join the waiting list.
There are 47 homes with contiguous slips. The owners will also own the underwater rights of the slip.
Yes. We are working with national branded companies to represent the owners in overall management and leasing of your home if you choose to rent your home for short-term stays.
